What kind of meditation do you take to care for drug addiction? You take heroin, cocaine, drugs, etc. You will get high. You have hallucinations. You contact with entities. Then you suffer from withdrawal symptoms.

Addicted people have various symptoms (1, Hallucinations 2, Dark mood 3, Contact to entities 4, Anxiety Disorders, etc.). I wrote meditation for these. When you get addicted, you get rough.

Here, I will introduce meditation that calms down for drug addicts.

I researched all parts. Drug addicts lower their sky blue part to avoid drug effects. The addict is calm most when he enters there down. There are two types of meditation.

1, Easy meditation
This let any addict calm a little. The pain of body will be smaller by this. This meditation lowers the sky-blue part by 4 levels.

The meditator sits down and hits the back floor with his hands. Then he imagines something falls under the floor. Advanced people imagine everything.

To calm down, do it 40 times. When it exceeds 40-60 times, you calm. You strike 120 times or more. Do this meditation three times a day.
 
2, Difficult meditation
This will make you more calm. If you get confused, you can stay calm by this. Even if your body is heavy and does not move, you will be calm. You experience this with guided meditation as it is so difficult.

It is the part of the sky blue below. You lower it four stages and go right one stage, go front one, one left, one back, two left. You will be the most calm and your pain will be less. This keeps you calm the most. Heroin addicts lower the 10 stages.

Guided meditation
 Think it. "By the power made in Japan, let me experience these. Please. " When you think so, you can experience it by the invisible machine. And let's meditate. Do it at your own risk. 
 
You can specify the time from 3 minutes to 2 hours. If you do not specify anything, it is 3 minutes. If you think of "5 minutes", that is the time. You cannot do this if something goes wrong during meditation.
