I am the master of meditation in Osaka. It is too hot in summer. Today, I explain the stage 5 movement.



Theme - Movement
The theme of stage 5 is "I recognize movement. I exercise". In the stage 4, a meditator knows the world he felt. In the stage 5, 'time' is added to it. He understands what moves. The first half is the recognition of movement. In the last half, he exercises something.

Buddhist stage
Stage 5 is Formation-skanda (行蘊). Saṅkhāra-skanda is 4/5 of Pañca-skanda(五蘊)

First half - Recognize Movement
1, Go straight
2, Go right, left, up and down
3, Turn right, left, up and down
4, Rotate right and left
5, Go backwards

Last half - Predict motions or Exercises
6, Go straight
7, Go right, left, up and down
8, Turn right, left, up and down
9, Rotate right and left
10, Go backwards

How to reach phase 5
At the end of the stage 4, a meditator distinguishes all his world. His inner world gets darker. When he opens his eyes, he can finaly divide everything he sees. That is the final point. Then it gets brighter. As he open his eyes, he can catch the movement of things well. That is the beginning of Stage 5.

How to meditate
At the stage 5 the theme is that a meditator capture exercise well and exercise well. When checking the theme of the stage , open your eyes and take a walk. It is good to observe what kind of movement you are interested in. When you dissociate, close your eyes.

Developmental psychology 13-15 years old
 Stage 5 is the same as the 13-15 year old theme. From the age of 13, power is justice. The younger man is interested in sports and wants to exercise. The boy will be able to understand the rules of movement, school and social.

5-10% of people have this stage of philosophy(motion theory). He can write physics and social rules. He believes that the physical foece is justice.

The wisdom of perfect practice (Jōshosa chi: 成所作智)

Method of dissociation
To dissociate, go up to 60-70 degrees backwards from a mind of the stage. When people dissociate at this stage, their bodies get stuck. 
mini stage 1 dissociation - A meditator becomes immobile..
mini stage 6 dissociation - He can watch past ,future and past anywhere. British psychics is clairvoyance by using this ability. His mysterious body 5 go out of his body and go to see past and future. It is transparent and pale yellow-white. 

When dissociated, the meditator gets special abilities at each stage. In stage 5, the meditator transcends "time". He can sees the future and the past. This area he sees gray. He meditate into this area. Think of your past memories . Go into the memory. He can see the past. Imagine yourself tomorrow. He goes into the image. He can see the future.

Practice
Think it. "By the power made in Japan, let me experience ******. Please. " 
People who are below this point are felt temporarily. Their stage does not go up. If you do not feel it well, let's try it another day. When you open your eyes, you notice the theme well.

How to get wisdom?
Actually, even if you awake and talk with the gods and Buddha in your mind, you can not receive wisdom from these. Psychics, psychologists and religious people in the world do it. But, their stories are inferior to scholars. Most meditators do not know wisdom beyond the Tibetan text.

The answer to all modern problems is in the future. The meditator goes to the future and hears the answer. This is one of the way to get wisdom. The meditator uses the chronology. First go to the past. And go one, two, and 10 years later in the world. Look for the person with the answer there. Ask him for the answer. Read his mind. Do these exercises. The meditator go into the future society after 10-300 years. And he does it. Then he can get wisdom.
